Natasha wanted her business to help people fully, including the skin, nails, muscles, bones, nutrition, and the mind. This is where the business name came from, "Polished Inside and Out". Working the whole body from the inside out, because Natsha believes the body and mind are connected and to be healthy in one area of the body you need to be health many if not all areas.

Polished Inside and Out is run by Natasha, she is a highly experienced Beauty Therapist & Pilates Instructor and she has over sixteen years’ experience of working in the health, beauty and fitness industry. She worked on cruise liners for 5 years, becoming a Spa Manager and Head Therapist.

Becuase Natasha enjoyed doing make overs and painting nails as child, she then decided to become a Beauty Therapist. She loves looking after people’s health, fitness, and appearance, So now she can bring pleasure and benefits to others which she finds very rewarding. 

Natasha is qualified with a VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty and Massage Therapy and she is insured by BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology).  She pride herself on providing a relaxing, bespoke experience beacuse she has excellent client care at the Daisy Haye in Leek.

After working on cruise ships for 5 years, Natasha returned to the UK and was a dedicated full time mobile Beauty Therapist servicing the local area of Leek. In 2016 she was asked to service the residents of the Daisy Haye Salon a few days a week because of the great success. Natasha is now full time at Daisy Haye Beauty Salon in Leek, providing treatments to all the residents and the local pubic in the Leek area.

Also Natasha has completed training in a lot of treatments and products. Being fully qualified in a large range of artificial nail systems including gel, acrylic, fiberglass extensions and overlays. Body and facial electricals treatments, Dermalogica and Guinot facials products.  Confort Zone and Thalgo body treatments and products, St Tropez and Fake Bake tanning treatments and products. Hot Stones Massage and Absolute Aroma Oils but Unfortunately, she cannot provide all the treatments and products she is training in. But as you can see, Natasha has a large knowledge range and will advise you on all she can help with.

In 2017 she started her training in Pilates with Pilates Training Solution. She has always had an interest in health and fitness working alongside many fitness instructors over the years. But becuase Natasha also damaged her back in 2013 and so had advice to start Pilates from my spinal surgeon and physiotherapist. Starting Pilates with Lyn at Pure Balance made her see how much she loved every moment re-educating her body to work to its best ability. So now she has no back pain, she has avoid invasive spinal surgery and she is a high qualified Pilates instructor herself. 

Polished Inside and Out started Pilates classes at Daisy Haye in March 2018 and at Pure Balance in May 2018. Natasha has a level 3 YMCA Awards (previously CYQ) in Clinical Pilates and Anatomy and Physiology. Also she has completed a studio equipment and pre and post natal course so classes will be available to all abilities.

CPD is important to Natasha so she is currently doing her level 4 advanced specialist Pilates. Which includes working with older adults, Therapy Exercise and Nutrition for exercise and health.
